Feature Film(90 min), 2021
In the not-too-distant future, Germany’s aging population will reach dramatic proportions. As a way out of the crisis, “end-of-life age” will be introduced: compulsory assisted suicide for people aged 80 and over. Milo will soon turn 80. It’s a seemingly hopeless situation that puts his troubled relationship with his son Karl to the ultimate test. Karl works at a district control center for the BJD, the German Fountain of Youth Alliance, which has taken over power in the state.
